between 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM EST.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Jonathan Porter, a former Resettlement Expert deployee with the UNHCR, who worked in resettlement operations in Kenya, Chad, South Africa and Rwanda, where he interviewed and
referred Congolese refugees for resettlement, will share his experiences.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
