[PSRList] New Video Tutorial on How to Submit a OYW Application via the PR Portal

Kindly note that a new tutorial video has been posted to the Permanent Resident (PR) Portal Training Videos playlist<https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLgtLo8UORyJtXok0RsFnkZ5JiukKCdAFs> on the RSTP YouTube channel. The video provides a walkthrough on how to submit a One Year Window (OYW) application via the PR Portal.

The tutorial is intended for the permanent resident in Canada (i.e., the original Principal Applicant) who is responsible for submitting the OYW application for their non-accompanying family members. The information in the video will be helpful for sponsors when they assist the permanent resident in Canada with submitting the application.

As a reminder, the ability to submit OYW applications was added to the PR Portal on July 16, 2024, and a grace period for emailed applications is in effect on September 15, 2024.
