[PSRList] Has your PR portal application submission been returned and you don't know why?

Hello sponsors,
If you have received a returned application from IRCC that was submitted via the PR portal, when you open the returned application, check to see if the status for the IMM0008 is showing a red bar that says "incomplete" as shown below:

Then simply click on the edit button and navigate through the entire form to see if anything is missing, and follow the IMM6000 guide<https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/applying-convention-refugee-humanitarian-protected-person-abroad.html> to be sure that everything was entered correctly.

We have identified one potential reason it may have been returned that you can check for.
When you get to the Contact Information page, verify that you had selected "no" when asked if you want to IRCC to contact you using the email address used for this account.
Sponsors should always select no for this question and insert the email address of the principal applicant:
