In this video (approx. 20 minutes), sponsoring groups will learn about their obligations and responsibilities when a sponsored newcomer decides to leave the intended community of settlement within the first 12 months of arrival (secondary migration), or decides to go elsewhere when they first arrive in Canada (self-destination).
