Dear all:

RSTP has just completed a video featuring the Brantford Mosque (in southwestern Ontario) and Imam Tarek Abu Noman. He makes the link between the Muslim faith and BVOR refugee sponsorship.

BVOR stands for Blended Visa Office-Referred refugees. In this special sponsorship program UN-referred refugees are matched by RSTP with sponsors in Canada. We are always looking for more sponsors in this "sponsor a stranger" program. For this reason we would appreciate you sharing this video.

Imam Tarek is also the refugee sponsorship manager for Islamic Relief (headquartered in Mississauga) and has facilitated the placement of nearly 100 Syrian and 35 Rohingya refugees with sponsors across Canada.
