[PSRList] Two Upcoming Workshops in Ottawa

Hello all,

I will be delivering two free information sessions on the Private Sponsorship of Refugees - the PSR Program (one in English and one in French) in Ottawa. Both are open to all sponsoring groups (SAHs, Groups of Five and Community Sponsors). If you could please share the information with your clients and people in your network, I would really appreciate it! Please find attached the posters and below, the details:

Introduction to the Private Sponsorship of Refugees (PSR)
Date : Friday October 18, 2019

Introduction au Programme de parrainage privé des réfugiés

Lieu : Atelier d'Innovation Sociale Mauril-Bélanger (Salle Desjardins), 95 rue Clegg, Ottawa (Ontario) K1S 1C5

Description : Vous souhaitez parrainer un ou des réfugiés de l'étranger, mais ne connaissez pas le fonctionnement du programme?  Le Programme de de formation sur le parrainage privé des réfugiés (PFPR) et l'Atelier d'Innovation Sociale Mauril-Bélanger vous invitent à une séance d'information gratuite sur le sujet. Vous apprendrez à : Déterminer qui peut parrainer et qui peut être parrainé; Reconnaître une preuve de statut de réfugié; Comprendre les responsabilités des groupes de parrainage ainsi que les étapes du processus de demande. Une agente d'établissement du CSC Vanier sera également présente pour répondre à des questions et un goûter sera servi!
