[PSRList] help with new undertaking and settlement plan form

Hello, all, I am having difficulty to fill out a new undertaking and settlement plan form , section of financial responsibility, cost of living section , how  to fill it out, I have done old  settlement plan a lot of time  but this one confused me, could you please help me with it, sample of my work attached  based our group's ability and donation collected , Could you check my sample and give me feedback please?Your help will be  Greatly appreciated!
