[PSRList] online application forms

Hello everyone,

I am wondering if anyone else is having the same difficulties I am, when
trying to open the forms on the IRCC site. I have tried to open them from
three different computers, all with updated Adobe, and I continue to get
the message on the screenshot, below.

I found a work-around where I save the link then "open with" Adobe, which
allows the form to open properly, but then when I send it as an attachment,
it shows the error message again about Adobe. It seems to work better with
Explorer than Chrome, but it still shows the below message when sent as an
attachment and opened in Adobe. I think I can find a work-around, but I am
wondering if this is an issue for others, and if so, why this is so
glitchy?

Any tips are appreciated, thank you!
