Dear sponsors,

Below is a message from the Resettlement Operations Centre in Ottawa (ROC-O),  regarding mailed application labels.

In an effort to assist with triaging mail received at the Resettlement Operations Centre in Ottawa (ROC-O), we would like to advise you of a new mailing label that we are requesting sponsors to place on envelopes sent to ROC-O. This will ensure that SAH, G5 and CS applications are easily distinguishable from one another, and can be properly triaged. If it is a BVOR, JAS, Add Dep or OYW application, please have this noted as well. In addition, if a requested document is being sent, and not a complete application, there will be a different mailing label to place on these envelopes. We want to ensure that we are able to make a distinction between these and complete applications, for ease of processing.

Please address all of your SAH applications to:

SAH Applications Unit (BVOR) or (JAS) or (Add Dep) or (OYW) - if applicable

Please note that when emailing applications to ROC-O, there will be no change.
