[PSRList] Advice on UNHCR Doc

Hello Michel and Salim

I am trying to sponsor through The Group of Five , a family of seven- a couple with five girls- one is 22 and another just turned 18. They are not refugees but I was under the impression that there is exception for Iraqi and Syrians.

I did get five sponsors . The package was returned asking of the Principle Applicant to have a Valid RSD - UNHCR MANDATE LETTER OF PROTECTION OR FOREIGN STATE DOCUMENT

Appreciate any info or advice as to how to go about it moving forward!
