[PSRList] Question about sponsoring young infants

 My church completed our first sponsorship, of a Syrian family of four, in June of this year. We are planning to sponsor another four members of the same family in 2018, two of which are a young married UNHCR-certified couple.
We have just learned that this couple is trying to start a family. 
My question is what would happen if the couple were to conceive and deliver a child between the submission of our application and their arrival in Canada.
