[PSRList] pls remove me

Not sure why we do not read instruction on how to request to be removed from the list instead of sending email to all....

Here is the instruction,

Dear PSR subscribers:

Hope this email find you well and healthy.

We note that recently several PSR subscribers have communicated their requests to Unsubscribe by sending it to the entire PSR list.  In order to prevent a deluge of such emails in the Inbox of every other PSR subscribers in future, please be advised to use the following options:-

  1.  Please visit the following page, first log in by giving your email address and membership password and then click on the “Unsubscribe” button
