[PSRList] Extension of Temporary Public Policy for Syrian and Iraqi Refugees

Dear Sponsors,

We would like to share with you that the Government of Canada has extended the Temporary public policy to facilitate the sponsorship of Syrian and Iraqi refugees by Groups of Five and Community Sponsors (in place until September 19, 2016) for another year. This policy waives the requirement for Syrian and Iraqi applicants of the PSR Program to provide a valid refugee status document if they are being sponsored by a Group of Five (G5) or Community Sponsor (CS).
